For Asynchronous Readings (PDF Reports)
Your scheduled appointment is the dedicated time I set aside to connect with your energy and perform your reading. As such, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund. Once your scheduled time has begun, the work is considered underway and is non-refundable.
For Live Integration Sessions (Video/Phone)
I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule your live call. You can do so using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows are non-refundable, as that time has been reserved exclusively for you.
A Note on Emergencies
I honour that life can shift unexpectedly. If a true emergency arises that affects your ability to attend a live session, please email me — I’ll do my best to respond with care and flexibility.

My asynchronous offerings (Tarot, Oracle, and Soul Path readings) are delivered as a comprehensive, full-colour PDF report. These sessions are not audio or video-recorded.
For Live Integration Sessions
My live Integration Sessions are not recorded by default to ensure privacy and presence. If you would like your live session recorded for your personal use, please make this request at the time of booking. When possible, a recording will be provided. All recordings are for your private listening only and may not be shared publicly or redistributed without my written consent.
By booking a session, you confirm you’ve read and agreed to these terms and acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in this work as a self-directed, consenting adult.
